Discipline and Healthy Living
Your words are the building blocks to a better life. Use them to establish a strong foundation where your health is concerned. Your health is subject to change for the better when you speak healing rather than sickness over your physical body.
In the name of Jesus, I declare that my body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, and I glorify God with it. I present a healthy body to God and discipline myself not to overeat. I only eat food that promotes health. The life of God flows through my spirit, soul and body, and brings healing to every fiber of my being. I am redeemed from the curse of the law, and no weapon of sickness or disease formed against me will prosper. Amen!

Declaring Your True Identity in God
Your life should be a reflection of God's goodness. From your appearance to your character, you represent God. That's why your self-perception and attitude toward life must be in line with His Word. Therefore, change the way you think and speak so that you can transform the way you live.
In the name of Jesus, I declare that I am carefully and wonderfully made in God's image. My physical appearance is a reflection of His glory. I am virtuous, holy, presentable and acceptable in God's sight. I identify with the beautiful image of His Word and will increase from one level of glory to the next. I am blessed, prosperous and in good health. And I believe I receive the manifestation of this confession now!

Discipline and Self-Control in Diet and Exercise
One of the greatest sins in this country is idolatry—idolatry regarding food. From gluttony to anorexia, food has become the god of millions. Many sicknesses plaguing people today stem from unhealthy eating habits and a lack of exercise. Having the right attitude about food, eating properly and getting the right amount of physical exercise are essential to being a healthy and whole person. To serve the Lord to the best of our ability, we need bodies that function in the way that God designed for them to function.
If you are overweight as a result of overeating—or, if you have been starving yourself or purging in an attempt to meet some unrealistic physical image—seek the Lord for help; He will not fail you. He will give you the strength to overcome gluttony, anorexia, bulimia or poor overall eating habits. In addition, research what the Word has to say about nutrition and temple maintenance to create a positive inner image of yourself.
To develop discipline and self-control in the areas of diet and exercise, make the following confessions:
In the name of Jesus, I declare that I cultivate temperance by subjecting my mind and body to God's Word. I cast down every negative thought about my appearance that attempts to exalt itself against the knowledge of God and His will for my life. I exhibit self-control, diligence, wisdom and patience regarding my exercise regimen and what I eat. I walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh. I put to death the unhealthy desires of my body. Jesus is Lord over my eating habits. I am more than a conqueror, and I can do all things through Christ Who empowers me. I release most holy faith to bring these things to pass in my life and charge my angels to carry out each assignment. My words have creative ability, and in the name of Jesus, I have what I say. Amen!

Divine Protection
- My prosperity causes me to be like a mountain--an object that cannot be moved (Psalm 30:6-7; Psalm 112:6-8).
- The Lord has granted me long life and has preserved me from destruction (Job 10:12).
- I declare that no matter what happens around me, I have a covenant of peace, or wholeness, with God. His love, kindness and protection will never depart from me (Isaiah 54:10, 14-17; 1 Samuel 25:6).
- No weapon formed against me prospers, and every tongue that rises up in judgment against me shall be proven wrong (Isaiah 54:17, AMP).
- In the name of Jesus, I dwell in the secret place of the Most High God and abide under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1).
- The Lord is my Refuge and Fortress. He delivers me from the enemy; therefore, I do not fear the terror in the night or the destruction that takes place at noonday (Psalm 91:2-6).
- When I call on the Lord, He immediately answers me. He is with me in trouble; He always delivers me (Psalm 91:15-16).
- Because the Lord has given His angels charge over me, my life is redeemed from destruction. No evil comes near me, and neither does any plague come near my home (Psalm 91:10-11).
- Although hard times may come, they pass me by because I am established in righteousness (Isaiah 54:14-15).
- I declare that I fear no evil, because the Holy Spirit comforts me (Psalm 23). He lives inside of me. Greater is He Who is in me than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Effective Communication Between Spouses
Love must be demonstrated through actions and words. However, if you have spent months, or even years, tearing down your mate with hurtful words, you must train yourself to speak affectionately toward him or her. Begin today by making a conscious decision to change.
In the name of Jesus, I will not let any corrupt communication proceed out of my mouth, but only that which is good for edification. I am quick to listen and slow to speak. My words are acceptable to the Lord. I will put a guard on my mouth and keep the door of my lips shut from speaking anything ungodly. I will love my mate with affectionate words and genuine concern. I aim for and am eager to seek harmony in my marriage by building up my spouse. Amen!

Confessions for Being a Godly Wife
I confess that I am a supportive wife who demonstrates love in the way I approach my husband. He doesn't see me as a nagging, complaining wife, but as a friend to confide in and to look to for strength. God is able to speak to my husband without my interference. I trust God to speak to him. I trust God to deal with my heart and help me take on a supportive role in our home.
I confess that I live a powerful, godly and chaste life before my husband. Therefore I am a constant encouragement to him. He seeks my advice. He wants my help. He desires to know what I believe is right regarding decisions affecting our family and our relationship. God's Spirit is changing me and making me the kind of wife that He wants me to be. I declare this by faith, in Jesus' name.
I confess that the beautifying of my spirit is a high priority in my life. I don't make the mistake of putting all my time and effort into improving my outward appearance while forgetting to invest in my spirit. I've made a decision that my spirit is beautiful. I'm becoming more godly and beautiful all the time. I have an inward beauty that far outshines everything that I could ever do to improve the appearance of my outward man.
I confess I am a source of stability and power. I am a source of peace in my home. I don't give in to anger. I don't fly into a rage and say things that I will later regret. My husband and my children depend on me to be a tower of strength even in the midst of turmoil because I am so stable. I help bring stability to my husband, to my children and to the general atmosphere in my home. Instead of being a contributor to strife, conflict and turmoil, God uses me to bring peace and tranquility to all those who are near me. I release my faith now, in Jesus' name.

Healing
- Thank You, Father, for sending Your Word to deliver me from destruction (Psalm 107:20).
- Jesus bore my griefs (pains) and carried my sorrows (sicknesses). He was pierced through for my transgressions and crushed for my iniquities. The punishment for my well-being fell on Him, and by His stripes I am healed (Isaiah 53:4-5; 1 Peter 2:24).
- Father, Your words are life to me. They are healing and health to all my flesh (Proverbs 4:22, AMP).
- Since the Spirit of Him Who raised Christ Jesus from the dead dwells in me, that same Spirit also gives life to my body (Romans 8:11).
- Thank You, Father God, that I prosper and am in health even as my soul prospers (3 John 2).
- Lord, You restore my health and heal my wounds (Jeremiah 30:17).
- Thank You, Lord, for forgiving all of my iniquities and healing all of my diseases (Psalm 103:3).
- Thank You, Father, that my light breaks forth as the morning and that my health springs forth speedily (Isaiah 58:8).

Hearing From God
Heavenly Father, I declare that I possess a hearing heart. I hear from You in specific detail, not in vague impressions. Every word I hear from You empowers me to prosper and excel.
I stand firm in You, Lord. Because I am established in righteousness, the gates of hell do not prevail against me. Speak to me concerning what I need to do to live for You and experience the reality of Your blessings in my life. I obey You in all things; therefore, Your Word always comes to pass in my life.
I am Your sheep and You are my Shepherd. I know Your voice, and the voice of a stranger I do not follow. I hear Your voice clearly and obey immediately. In Jesus name, Amen!

Knowing the Will of God
God has a specific plan for your life. Your pathway to the "good life" is included in that plan. Discover the keys to fulfilling God's perfect will by studying His Word and giving voice to the Scriptures.
In the name of Jesus, I declare that my mind is renewed by God's Word, and that I know His perfect will for my life. His purpose for me includes total life prosperity.
I allow the Holy Spirit to lead me to the good life. His expected end for me does not include evil; instead, it is filled with peace. I receive God's anointing on my life and will not abuse it. I believe I receive the manifestation of my confessions right now! In Jesus name, Amen.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, I thank You that I am a man/woman of prayer. I am specific about what I expect from your Word and I believe that it will come to pass. I meditate the Word of God so that I can make my way prosperous and have good success. I declare that through meditating the Word, my heart become fixed and established on God's truths. I stand on your promises and I believe that I receive every promise in the Bible. I have what I say. I use my imagination to create a blueprint for my future. I see myself prosperous, successful, wealthy, healthy and thriving in every area. I am whole and there is nothing missing or broken in my life. I put on the whole armor of God so that I can withstand the attacks of the enemy. I fight the good fight of faith and win every spiritual battle. I speak the Word of God and defeat Satan's attacks through prayer. I guard my mind against every negative thought that contradicts what I am believing from Your Word. I maintain a positive attitude even in the midst of challenging situations and negative circumstances. Thank You, Lord, for the answers to my prayers. I believe that You are bringing them to pass right now, in the name of Jesus.

Principles of Debt Release
Lord, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for my deliverance from debt. Your Word says that I am to owe no man anything but to love him. As I continue to build my faith in this area, I fully expect to receive unexpected income and debt cancellation. I am wealthy and prosperous in every area of my life. My needs are met and my storehouses overflow with abundance.
I come against all oppression in my life and declare that I have supernatural protection against the onslaught of the enemy. I command the angels of God to go now and bring to pass my financial soundness and wholeness. I am a wise and faithful steward; therefore, I walk in manifested abundance and debt-freedom daily.
Your Word says that You delight in the prosperity of Your servants. As I serve You with my finances, I declare that I have my harvest of debt-deliverance right now. Amen!

Spiritual Growth
Heavenly Father, I thank You that I am growing spiritually every day. I feed my spirit with the Word of God on a regular basis so that I can become mature in the things of God. I take time every day to meditate on the Word and internalize its truths. The Word of God is more vital than even natural food and provides me with the spiritual nourishment I need to be sustained. I am a member of the body of Christ and I receive the Word of God that is taught to me. As a result, I am equipped to grow up spiritually and do the work of the ministry. I gain understanding and insight and I separate myself from those thoughts and behaviors that hinder my growth. I desire the sincere milk of the Word of God and I grow as a result. I am growing in wisdom every day and I have the tools I need to live successfully as a Christian. I have the ability to do great works for the Kingdom of God. I am growing into a strong, mature Christian who walks in the love of God and imitates Your character. In Jesus name, amen.

The Blessing
Contrary to what many people believe or have heard through traditional teaching, the blessing is not a material item such as a house or car. While these things are the results of the blessing, they are not the blessing itself. The blessing is an empowerment or enablement from God to help you get supernatural results in everything you do. Whether it is on your job, ministry, relationships or gifts that God has endowed you with, when the blessing is in operation, you can't fail! When you speak God's Word, you release the blessing. Make these faith confessions every day and begin experiencing the blessing in your life:
Thank You, Lord, that the blessing is working in me, on me and around me. I declare that I am blessed when I come in and blessed when I come out. Jesus came to the earth to restore the blessing that Adam lost in the Garden of Eden when he sinned and because I am a child of God, I have a covenant right to the blessing! I declare that like Abraham, I am blessed to be a blessing until all families of the earth are blessed. Because of the blessing of God on my life, I am empowered to prosper in every endeavor that I take on and every project that I begin. I am blessed on my job and all my relationships are blessed. Like Joseph, those in authority over me see the blessing of God on my life and I have favor as a result. Thank You, Lord, for blessing me with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places. I am powerful, wealthy, influential and blessed! In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

Taking Authority over Your Emotions
Emotions are an area that many Christians don't understand. Because of this, Believers often allow their emotions to lead them. As a result, emotionally-led decisions take them on a course that is out of the will of God for their lives. While God gave every human being emotions, it is critical that we get control over negative emotions and subject them to the Word of God. Make these daily confessions so that you can subject your feelings to God's Word and make the right decisions:
Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me healthy emotions. I declare that negative emotions will not impact my decisions, neither will they dictate my responses to difficult circumstances. I will submit my feelings to You in every situation that I encounter in life. You have given me authority over the power of the enemy, and I declare that nothing shall by any means hurt me, including people and situations that try to negatively influence my emotions. When I feel overwhelmed by life, or troubled by negative emotions, like Jesus, I will pray and keep moving forward. I bind depression, anxiety, worry, fear, doubt, anger, rejection and any other negative emotion that tries to attack my mind. I possess power, love and a sound mind. I thank You, Father, that I walk in peace, joy and the comfort of the Holy Ghost. I have the mind of Christ and my emotions are controlled by the Word of God. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
